Collection and Processing of Data
When you access the Sauren Financial Group’s websites or retrieve a file stored on these websites, data is automatically transmitted to our web servers for technical reasons. Web servers store the following information with every request: (such as a page view) Data. Data such as the date and time of access to the websites, the URL of the referring website, the file accessed, the amount of data transmitted, the browser type and version, and the operating system are logged. If, as a user of the Sauren websites, you have voluntarily provided personal or business data in connection with an inquiry or registration, this data will be used to facilitate the services provided on the website, such as responding to inquiries or sending requested informational materials. The personal data collected in forms for registrations and contact inquiries is used exclusively for this purpose. If you contact us via a contact form, your information will be stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in case follow-up questions arise. In general, you must provide a valid email address, and only in individual cases (e.g., when registering for an event) We also require your name so that we can respond to your inquiry and, for example, organize an event. The Sauren Newsletter keeps you up to date on current topics. We also use the special “Google Signals” feature in Google Analytics 4. Cuttly is a URL shortening service with link analysis, operated by Web Room Studio Patryk Ruminski, located at ul. Śląska 15A/9, 80-384 Gdańsk, Poland.
Articles in our newsletter or other mailings may include links to additional content, such as video recordings, webinars, or podcasts on the Sauren website www.sauren.de or external websites. We use shortened links for this purpose. When you click on a shortened link, the aforementioned provider generates only anonymous statistics. The use of Cuttly as a service for shortening URLs and anonymously analyzing link usage is intended to ensure a visually appealing design for our newsletters and other communications. Furthermore, it is intended to enable improvements and provide targeted information to users. Personal data is not stored permanently. No data, such as the IP address, is permanently stored. This information is transmitted only temporarily to determine the geographic location (country). It is not possible to identify an individual based on these statistics. Using Storytile
We use participant management software to ensure that web seminars are conducted in a way that meets participants’ needs and is optimized for effectiveness. This is a software service provided by storytile GmbH, Gollierstr. 70, 80339 Munich.

Using the LinkedIn Insight Tag
We use LinkedIn Insight Tags to obtain detailed reports for our marketing campaigns and to retarget our website visitors. This is a service provided by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland. The LinkedIn Insight Tag enables the collection of data regarding visits to our website, including the URL, referrer URL, IP address, device and browser characteristics (user agent), and timestamps. IP addresses are truncated or, if used to reach LinkedIn members across devices, hashed. The data mentioned above is encrypted, pseudonymized within seven days, and the pseudonymized data is deleted within 180 days. LinkedIn does not share any personally identifiable information about its members with us, but rather provides anonymized reports on the website audience and ad performance. LinkedIn Tags also offer retargeting capabilities, allowing us to use this data to display targeted ads outside of our website without identifying you as a website visitor. Use of MiFID Recorder
To offer our customers the option of video consultations, we use the software product MiFID-Recorder. This is a service provided by Etops MIFID Recorder GmbH, Rüdesheimer Straße 11, 80686 Munich.
We use MiFID recorders to conduct advisory consultations via video call and to store the recordings of these consultations in compliance with the law. We process personal master data, communication data (e.g., phone, video, email), contract master data, contract billing and payment data, customer history, and image and audio data (e.g., video and voice recordings).

Using POSTIDENT
To enable us to offer our investors the option of verifying their identity at a Deutsche Post branch, we use the POSTIDENT procedure provided by Deutsche Post AG. This is a service provided by Deutsche Post AG, Charles-de-Gaulle-Straße 20, 53113 Bonn.
We use POSTIDENT to enable our investors to verify their identity at a Deutsche Post branch in accordance with the law. In the process, we process identification data (e.g., name, nationality, street and house number, ID details) as well as data from the proof of identification (proof data) (e.g., photo or scan of the ID document). Once the identification process is complete, the required data is transmitted to us.

Data Retention Period
The length of time personal data is stored is generally determined by statutory retention requirements. Retention requirements under commercial and tax law typically range from six to ten years. Statutory limitation periods can be up to 30 years, but are generally 3 years. If the relevant data is no longer required for the performance of a contract or for other purposes, it is regularly deleted.

If your personal data is being processed, you, as the data subject, have the following rights with respect to the data controller:

in accordance with Article 16 of the GDPR, to request without delay the correction of inaccurate personal data or the completion of your personal data stored by us;
pursuant to Article 17 of the GDPR, to request the erasure of your personal data stored by the companies of the Sauren Financial Group, unless the processing is necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, to comply with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims;
to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data pursuant to Article 18 of the GDPR, provided that you contest the accuracy of the data, the processing is unlawful but you oppose its erasure, and we no longer need the data but you require it to assert, exercise, or defend legal claims, or you have objected to the processing pursuant to Article 21 of the GDPR;
In accordance with Article 20 of the GDPR, you have the right to receive the personal data you have provided to the companies of the Sauren Financial Group in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, or to request that it be transferred to another controller;
In accordance with Article 7(3) of the GDPR, you may withdraw your consent at any time by notifying the data controllers listed above. As a result, data processing based on this consent may no longer continue in the future, and
to file a complaint with a supervisory authority pursuant to Article 77 of the GDPR. As a general rule, you may contact the supervisory authority in your usual place of residence or workplace for this purpose.
Right to Object under Article 21 of the GDPR
If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, you have the right, pursuant to Article 21 of the GDPR, to object to the processing of your personal data, provided there are grounds arising from your particular situation or the objection is directed against direct marketing. Use of Contact Information
The use by third parties of contact information published in accordance with the legal requirement to provide an "Imprint" for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertising and informational materials is hereby expressly prohibited.
